International Shipping

The Upgrade Company LLC is proud of the fact that we are one of the few companies that ship products internationally routinely.  Below are some of the rules and guidelines that we have for our international clients:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated for your country and region through the checkout process.  If you want to know shipping charges for an item, add the item to your shopping cart and on the subsequent page you can calculate any shipping rates by choosing your country from a drop down menu and typing in your postal code.  You are not obligated to buy the item at this point.

Priority Airmail is the least expensive international shipping method.  Bopth UPS and FedEx are far higher cost and rougher handling.  You can track your package once it has been shipped at www.USPS.com.  We have never had a damage claim or lost package with Priority Airmial.

"Free" Shipping
When you see a "Free Shipping" special listed for a product, it is implied to mean free shipping inside the continental U.S.

Tracking
The only way we ship international shipments is via Priority Airmail, with a tracking number. 

E-Commerce
We are set up to accommodate your purchase online.  It is safe, secure and helps us to prevent fraud.  We do accept direct Paypal payments via Paypal ID This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ,  credit cards online via SSL secure link where we never even see your numbers, and direct phone orders.  The best way to place an order is through our secure online ordering system.
